Rules & Regulations

1. The category “Paper Me” is COMPULSARY for every FIRST ENTRY ONLY

2. All entries must be emailed to utpshutterbug09@gmail.com
   The subject of the email should be the participant's PIN NUMBER

3. Each photo must not be larger than 2 MB

4. All photos must be in JPEG format

5. File name format must be labeled with CATEGORY – ENTRANT’S NAME – ENTRANT’S PIN NUMBER

E.g : PEOPLE – Leila Ghandi – 009

6. No digital super imposition or photo manipulation is allowed. Minor image touch up is allowed ( adjustments of brightness, softening, sharpening )

7. Participants must warrant that the photos submitted are their own work and they own the copyright of them.

8. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt will not be accepted. No responsibility will be held for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries must not be sent by third parties.

9. Improper and vulgar photos will be disqualified

10. All photos for the competition shall remain as property of Shutterbug. Shutterbug is allowed to keep, exhibit and make copies of photos without prior consent or payment to the participants.
